Kings III Emergency Communications is a turnkey provider of emergency telephones nationwide for elevators, parking garages, public/commercial swimming pools, etc.  Our solutions include installation, monitoring and maintenance. 
 

As Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing an inside sales team that will achieve monthly sales targets by gaining new customers of the company’s monitored emergency communications solutions in the commercial & multifamily property management vertical, as well as identifying sales opportunities with existing customers of the company’s emergency communications solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership of your team and setting the strategic vision, with a primary focus on sales and other KPI’s of the inside sales team.
  • Manage core and new growth revenue streams in assigned territories; guide and motivate the sales team to exceed expectations.
  • Attract, retain, develop and manage top sales talent that is highly motivated; inspire and expect high performance.
  • Provide input on sales territories and formulate sales targets while fostering a competitive incentive-driven work environment.
  • Practice world-class sales behaviors and utilize CRM in day-to-day management of staff.
  • Develop a unified sales vision and strategy that increases market share and demand for the company’s services; optimize our go-to-market approach for inside sales; focus on the business side of targeted property management verticals by identifying business drivers and needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline; utilize CRM to communicate monthly, quarterly and annual projections to VP of Sales.
  • Promote partnerships and collaboration with internal business units (e.g. Business Development Coordinators, Operations, Outside Sales, National Accounts, etc.) on critical functions and establish seamless, efficient processes to ensure positive experiences for clients.
  • Collaborate with the company’s senior management team to identify and execute forward-looking initiatives that commercially enable the company to deliver on its emergency communications related strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years combined telephone sales and/or sales management experience
  • Demonstrated history of successful leadership, innovation and goal achievement, building and running an inside sales organization with an emphasis on new business development while managing and advancing a high volume of opportunities through a pipeline.
  • Possess a proven track record of high-performance and consistent results in a management role. A keen understanding of the property management marketplace and/or vertical transportation industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of solution selling techniques to acquire new customers.
  • Demonstrated track record in recruiting and management of top talent, inclusive of leadership and sales teams.
  • Expertise with data, insights and the use of analytics in new business development. Well-versed in the software that supports presenting this data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
