Description

Kings III Emergency Communications is a turnkey provider of emergency telephones nationwide for elevators, parking garages, public/commercial swimming pools, etc.  Our solutions include installation, monitoring and maintenance. 

As Director of Commercial National Accounts, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base of monitored emergency communications solutions in the commercial property management vertical.  Commercial property management targets would include owner/operators and third-party managers of buildings containing vertical transportation such as Medical Office Buildings (MOB’s), Office Buildings, Retail, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts in the target vertical with a primary focus on growth and its associated KPI’s
  • Manage core and new growth revenue streams in the target vertical
  • Practice world-class sales behaviors and utilize the company CRM in day-to-day management of sales activities.
  • Increase market share and demand for the company’s services and optimize our go-to-market approach; focus on the business side of commercial property management by identifying business drivers and needs.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and utilize the company CRM to communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections to the VP of Sales.
  • Promote collaboration with internal business units (e.g. Business Development Coordinators, Business Development Managers, Operations, Inside Sales, etc.) on critical functions to establish seamless, efficient processes that ensure positive experiences for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the company’s senior management team to identify and execute forward-looking initiatives that enable the company to deliver on its emergency communications related strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years national sales experience
  • Experienced in the sale of recurring monthly revenue (RMR) or service-based solutions to property management.
  • A history of successful prospecting, sales growth, goal achievement while creating & managing multiple high-value opportunities.
  • Possess deep relationships and a proven track record of high-performance and consistent results in commercial property management.  A keen understanding of the property management marketplace and/or vertical transportation industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of solution selling techniques to acquire new customers.
  • Expertise with data, insights, and the use of analytics in new business development. Well-versed in the software that supports presenting this data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include effective sales presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time (US only).
