We are now adding a Customer Service Specialist to help keep our accounts up-to-date, insuring delivery of a great experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering information from customers via incoming/outbound calls
- Proactive customer outreach calls and emails
- Keying client data into accounting and monitoring computer systems
- Initiating and responding to customer e-mails
- Updating vendor compliance items such as insurance certificates
- Delivering excellent customer service internally and externally
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent people skills including friendly natural demeanor
- Ability to quickly assess customer needs and rapidly adapt to various customer personalities
- Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel as well as CRM, Accounting and other software applications
- Quick and accurate data entry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- One to three years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Some college education
