You will find our core values, listed below, deeply ingrained in the fabric of the company.

  1. Encourage individual initiative and growth

Right Person, Right Seat.

We’re always striving for the right person in the right seat and cannot stress enough the importance of a proper culture fit, within the sales team as well as the organization as a whole. If our core values sound descriptive of your approach to life and business, let’s start the conversation.

We need someone who is self-motivated, not looking to be micro-managed, takes initiative, is naturally curious and always looking to learn and solve problems. We want someone who is driven and goal oriented, who has a track record of hitting and exceeding their sales goals, and who is a self-starter with high energy that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Adaptability and ability to learn at a fast pace is a must.

What we are looking for:

  1. Sales talent – Outside B2B sales experience is strong plus, but we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
  2. Willingness to work hard and build for the long term. We have found that the first year lays the groundwork for the real payoff in later years.
  3. Desire and need to make good money. We find our most successful people are the ones that want to build a career with us and are driven to maximize their earnings.
  4. Self-Discipline - able to figure out where to spend your time and how to use your time productively and efficiently.
  5. Property Management awareness - Hopefully some experience in working for, or selling into this industry. It helps to know these types of customers and understand what their needs are, and how to offer the best solution that meets their needs.
  6. A high energy level, probably something you were born with. Any way you slice it, this job requires go power.
  7. Persistence, you keep on going, you don’t give up. This is key.
  8. Competitiveness. Successful sales people have this in their genes. Here at Kings III, we are very transparent about the success of our sales team members and we want new members to have that passion and drive to be at the top.

Day to day responsibilities:

  1. Field surveys – In person visits of commercial and multi-family properties to determine opportunities for our emergency telephone and pool phone communications services. (Use Salesforce contact management software to enter contact details, produce proposals and to track steps taken and to be taken)
  2. Identify appropriate targets and set appointments to present our services to buyers
  3. Prepare proposals tailored to target needs (We provide a basic set of customary proposals, contracts and introductory communications and will work with you to refine and develop same for your target market and issues)
  4. Guide targets through the sales cycle, which may take from two weeks to one year but generally three weeks is typical.
  5. Control and cull targets in order to manage real sales opportunities

By far the most time-intensive aspect of this role is surveying, meeting customers and follow-up activities. Most of your meetings, follow-up and survey activities however will occur during normal business hours but there will be some other planning and networking activities that may occur outside of this window.

Your progress and accomplishments will be measured by your activity and sales volume.

Salary & Benefits:

  1. A chance to build a career with the leading company in the field of emergency communications.
  2. Expect to earn a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission.  There are no limitations on how much you can earn ... it’s simply up to you.
  3. $500 per month car allowance
  4. Laptop, cellular phone, office equipment and supplies
  5. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans with company match
  6. Three weeks PTO to start, as well as paid holidays
  7. A large metropolitan territory with tons of prospects
  8. Opportunity to grow a network of contacts and prospects that will fuel your business for years
