Account Development Representative
 

Kings III Emergency Communications is a turnkey provider of emergency telephones nationwide for elevators, in parking garages, by public/commercial swimming pools etc. But we don’t stop there. Our solutions include installation, monitoring, and maintenance.

 

The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is a key part of Kings III’s growth plan. The ADR should be comfortable working a remote/work from home type environment. The main focus is to engage existing customers via cold/warm outbound calling and introduce and sell an add-on service benefit. This process includes maintaining precise and accurate information within the customer relationship management system (Salesforce CRM), so attention to detail is a must.

 

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is goal oriented, money motivated, and has the desire to achieve at a high level and grow within the company. Adaptability, feedback, collaboration and ability to learn quickly is needed in this role. A successful ADR is someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and conduct a high volume of dials. Comfort with cold/warm calling is a must. Competitive pay and commissions, benefits, and bonuses. Success in this role will lead to possible growth/promotion opportunities within our Business Development Manager sales channel.

 

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

 

• Preferred 1 year outbound experience talking over the phone with customers, presentations, & closing
